These terms and conditions apply to the use of Bespoke Kidswear

By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions

Please note, these terms and conditions can potentially change at any time, and it is up to you to check regularly before ordering products.

If you have any queries relating to my terms and conditions, please contact me before placing an order.

Returns and exchanges

I do not accept Cancellations, I accept returns on in-stock items, Bespoke Handmade to order items are exempt from the distance selling regulations in relation to change of mind. But if there is a problem with your order I will do my best to put this right for you. 

Each item is made especially for you using fabric that cannot be remade into something else, items required my time and skill to create. I ask for your understanding and ask that you read item descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have concerns about sizing please messages me. 

But if there is a problem with your order please contact me and I will do everything I can to work with you to put it right.

Clause 1

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, in accordance with EU Distance-Selling Law you MUST contact the vendor within 14 days of receipt of goods 


IMPORTANT 

Due to orders being hand made especially for you please be aware Hand Made Custom Orders and Made To Order Items are excluded from the above (see clause 1)

Clause 2 

You must make contact with the vendor before returning any item(s) informing me of the date you intend to send. All refunds will be made within 14 days of the receipt of returned goods.

We recommend that you get a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when you send items back to us. However, proof of sending is not proof of receipt by us.

Clause 3 

ALL costs for shipping/returning the Item (unless the item is damaged at source) shall be the responsibility of the purchaser, this WILL NOT be refunded by the vendor.

Clause 4 

Returned item(s) must be in their original packaging and original condition i.e. unworn, only then can a refund be issued.

Clause 5

Returns on stock/ready to ship items WILL NOT be accepted after 14 days of receipt of Item(s) unless by agreement. (see above clause 1)

Clause 6

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS are made to order thus will require payment in full before the item(s) are made, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON THESE ORDERS.

Clause 7

We're sorry but we are not able to offer a straight exchanges on orders, if you ordered a wrong size please contact us we may be able to help.

There will be no exchanges on Custom or Made to order items. If you have concerns about sizing please contact the vendor before ordering.


PAYMENTS

All goods are shipped once payment have been received and cleared, this includes Paypal e-Cheques

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS are made to order thus will require payment in full before the item(s) are made


SHIPPING

All items will only be posted to the address provided when payment is made. 

Please make sure you supply the correct address, if the parcel does not arrive because you failed to supply the correct address, I cannot offer a refund.

All items are sent proof of posting or signed for, you will receive notification when dispatched. If you don't receive your item within a reasonable time, please contact me regarding Royal Mail requirements, there is a specific time before a claim can be made.I will replace your item, no refund will be given, and contact with Royal Mail will then be made to claim back the loss. Royal Mail may contact you to confirm the order was placed and confirm the delivery address.

Please note custom made items delivery may be longer, when you request a custom order, I will inform you of the a date regarding delivery.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that buyers are responsible for all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Any customs fees, taxes, duties, tariffs etc that you might incur at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your own country's tax regulations and are collected by your own country. 

I cannot pay for these charges nor refund you for them, you are the importer and are responsible for any custom/tax or duty fees that your country charge
